The 2025 UP-TLC will be held in the Memorial Union Building (meals), Fisher Hall and the Kanwal and Ann Rekhi Hall (sessions and speakers). 
Individuals that have requested parking pass vouchers can pick them up in the following locations during the following times:
Thursday, May 8:
12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. - In front of large tree between the library and Rekhi Hall. Map below.
After 1:00 p.m. - At registration in room G09 of the Kanwal and Ann Rekhi Hall
Friday, May 9:
8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. - In front of large tree between the library and Rekhi Hall. Map below.
After 9:00 a.m. - At registration in the main hall on the first floor of Fisher Hall
The areas highlighted in orange on the map below are designated visitor parking areas at MTU. Additional visitor sections exist. The entire parking map can be accessed here.
Attendees requiring parking passes will be provided one visitor parking pass per paid registration day.
If additional parking is needed:
Metered parking is available to everyone for a fee between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Meters: can be paid with US Quarters ($0.25/20 minutes) or via ParkMobile.
Daily Permits: $5.00
Weekly Permits: $20.00
